Madreluz accepts a limited number of commissions each year. Each enquiry is considered individually. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a booking.
A commission is confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit.
Madreluz uses a selection of images from each commission for the presentation and promotion of its work — portfolio, website, social media, exhibitions, and editorial features. This use is part of the commission and is set out in the client agreement.
Clients receive the images for personal use. Any commercial use requires written permission.
The terms of each commission — including scope, delivery, and payment — are set out in the individual client agreement signed at the time of booking.
In the event of cancellation, the conditions stated in that agreement apply.
